I always have the best intentions of creating beautifully wrapped presents, hand made gifts and crafted cards for the holidays, and each year it always seems like the tasks creep up and there is never enough time!  Well this year, I got together with DomestikatedLife and Bring to Light Photography to turn our holiday crafting in to the ultimate DIY party, and you can see all of the Fun over on Style Me Pretty Living today! We had sips, snacks, blooms, and the best crafting supplies! Wrapping presents, making cards and seeing your best friends during the busiest time of the year, what's better than that?  I'm sharing a few of my favorites from the day over here but make sure to head on over to SMP for all the details! Cocktail Hour : Apple Autumn Punch

One of my favorite parts of our Apple Picking Porch Party featured on SMP Living last week was of course, the cocktail! It's really seasonally perfect for all of your fall entertaining, and even more so for Thanksgiving which is right around the corner. One of my favorite parts of our family's Thanksgiving get together is when everyone is gathered near the fire before dinner, enjoying canapes and  drinks. Somehow a great cocktail always makes it feel a little more special and this one is easy to pull off and sure to impress your guests.  For more recipe details head on over to Style Me Pretty Living.

Cocktail Hour: Simple Bloody Mary's

It might be a little early in the week to be posting about breakfast cocktails, but its a short one for most of us, so I'm doing it anyways. Plus, just in time to stock up for that big Easter Brunch!  I have to share this recipe for one of the best homemade Bloody Mary's I have ever enjoyed, and it was so simple - the best kind of drink for a Sunday brunch! All it took was a few simple ingredients : ZingZang Bloody Mary Mix, Absolut Peppar, fresh squeezed lemon and lime juice along with your favorite garnishes.  I'll just leave the proportions up to you and your morning.
